Email support

Send account, billing, or mobile workflow questions to support@typetosell.com. Include the email used for TypeToSell, but do not send passwords, card numbers, private social messages, or raw customer conversations.

Mobile keyboard support

For keyboard setup, supported text-field insertion, or WhatsApp Business Cloud API setup questions, include device model, app version, and the screen where the issue happened.

Billing help

Stripe handles web payment card details. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat handle mobile subscriptions. TypeToSell support can help locate checkout status, plan access, restore purchase status, cancellation paths, and customer portal routing.

Account deletion

Request account and data deletion from support@typetosell.com. Use the email tied to your TypeToSell account and write "Account deletion request" in the subject.
